The Survey Department offers a full suite of professional surveying services to the construction industry, land development industry as well as housing. The team harnesses the power of modern technology and is committed to achieving unsurpassed outcomes for clients, delivering cost-effective surveying solutions nationally. With a team of over 90 people, what sets Intrax apart from other survey firms is our level of understanding and ability to adapt.We are currently looking to recruit for a Senior Surveyor for our New South Wales team. This is a key leadership role within the Survey Department responsible for driving the success and growth of the team and our business.In this fast-paced and challenging role your days will include:Lead and manage all Survey activities for the state ensuring a profitable, successful team that delivers exceptional service to all stakeholders.Lead the team to ensure performance objectives against forward projections and targets are monitored and met.Lead the business development and strategic growth of the state.Provide strong leadership skills to build a Survey team through demonstrating strong communication, coordination, and cooperation.Build and create teams that are driven by delivering innovative, cost-effective, high-quality products and services to clients and stakeholders.Minimum RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Well-developed business acumen and financial management skills.Well-developed communication skills with the ability to engage and influence with people from all walks of life.Well-developed time management, prioritisation and organisation capabilities for self and others.Skilled with total stations, robotic stations, data controllers, and with GPS systems and methodologies.Tertiary qualifications are an advantage.Surveying Experience 10+ years is an advantage.Current Drivers License.By joining the team at Intrax, you will have access to a range of benefits including:Professional Development Support further education, leadership development, and access to a range of online training.Options for flexible & hybrid work.Up to 4 weeks additional purchased annual leave.Generous parental leave entitlements 12 weeks full pay for primary and 4 weeks secondary carer.Volunteer Leave.Health & Wellbeing Programs.Employee Assistance Program. #J-18808-Ljbffr
