We employ upwards of 200 staff nationally with our head office being located at Abbotsford, Victoria.What you''ll be responsible forIn this newly created role as the Customer Service Operations Manager, your primary purpose is to provide leadership and management to the Customer Service Team. Your key responsibilities will range across:Analysing daily workflow & resource managementDay to day line manager responsibilities with your 4 direct reportsEncouraging accountability by aligning KPIs with department goalsFostering a culture of engagement, growth & accountabilityUtilise data & reports to improve processesMentoring & coaching of Customer Service teamContinuously manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs)What we need in this roleWith your years of experience managing a team in a Customer Service setting, providing coaching and managing change youll be a strong applicant for this role.
