Leading by example, you will consistently display and enforce Wood values and behaviours, and commitment to the highest standards of safe and ethical behaviour, to ensure safe, reliable operations and client satisfaction.Your responsibilities will include:Leading the management of pre-contract tender activities including support to the proposals team in terms of performing commercial review of tender documentation, cost preparation, preparing / reviewing commercial proposals prior to submission for internal approval and preparing pricing and commercial qualifications, coordinating commercial and legal qualificationsLiaising with all key functions including Engineering, Tax, Global Mobility, Insurance, Legal, treasury and legal to ensure proposals are aligned with wood strategies and tender governanceEnsuring that the approval process is followed and that all necessary approvals are obtainedEnsuring rate build ups and prices included within the final tender submissions are accurate, complete and are prepared on time to meet deadlinesSupporting in pre-tender client engagements to influence commercial strategy and prepare pricing methodologyReviewing tender and contract documentation, identifying risks and promote suitable commercial mitigation strategiesAssisting with the effective handover of commercial matters from pre-contract to post contract phase of projectsInput to monthly commercial management reportsLiaising with various internal customers (Tax, Legal, Insurance, Project Controls) during preparation of pre contract submissionsQUALIFICATIONSWhat makes you remarkable?At Wood, we are committed to equal opportunities and welcome all talented individuals to consider joining our team.
