Reporting to the National Account Manager, this newly created role will manage and expand the Remedy and Fever Tree drinks business with Coles and Woolworths. You will act as a key support to the Grocery Accounts team to grow the top-line revenue of the business.This role is a full-time, ongoing position based in our Cremorne office, with visits to our Dandenong South Fermentary.What will some of your day-to-day responsibilities look like?Collaborate with the Woolworths and Coles accounts teams to optimise customer relationships, manage sales forecasts, and develop annual sales plans to meet targets.Manage the demand plan for the grocery team, ensuring demand accuracy and preparing data for S&OP reviews.Analyse sales and performance data to generate actionable insights, guiding improved decision-making, and preparing monthly and weekly reports for key stakeholders.Support range reviews by preparing presentations and submission forms for multiple categories, facilitating the integration of new and existing products.Lead projects to enhance forecast accuracy and oversee the integration of Tableau across the grocery team.Provide administrative support on customer forms and portal through loading promotions, pricing, product and other changes as required.The TalentIdeally, youve dipped your toes into the big wide world of FMCG in a Sales or Marketing capacity (bonus points if its in Grocery!) and youve had some exposure to using marketplace data with the ability to formulate actionable insights and recommendations.Youve also got the combination of skills, attitudes, and experiences to thrive in this role:Youre energetic, flexible, and positive, yet remain organised, resilient, and calm under pressure.Youre ambitious and supporting a highly engaged team with great energy excites you.You are curious, insights-driven and consumer-centric with a drive to deliver better products.Youve got strong analytical skills and attention to detail.You have mastered the art of time management: juggling numerous tasks is your forte.
