This role focuses on expanding accounts, driving sales initiatives, and enhancing brand presence within the pharmacy channel. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry, thriving in a fast-paced environment. They will identify and utilize growth opportunities, build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize sell-through and achieve business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentAchieve sales and spend targets for pharmacy accountsDevelop and execute sales and promotional strategies tailored to pharmacy partners in line with business goals.Manage relationships with sales agent groups to drive performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with key partners through regular communication and effective negotiation to secure favourable terms and promotional opportunitiesPrepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to support strategic decisionsSales OperationsCoordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve escalated supply chain issuesMaintain accurate customer databases, sales records, and account documentationTrack and report on sales performance to ensure targets are met or exceededReportingGenerate and analyse sales reports, forecasts, and inventory updates to identify trends and growth opportunitiesMonitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategiesEnsure timely and accurate reporting to support both internal teams and external stakeholdersRequirements3+ years of relevant and successful experience in a commercial customer-facing role.
