Front Office Manager - Come host with us at Oxford HouseIn the heart of Sydney''s bustling Paddington neighbourhood is Oxford House, where our guests escape the everyday and indulge in an urban sanctuary.Complete with 55 luxury art-filled boutique accommodation rooms, Oxford House delivers a truly supreme hotel experience.The warm tones, ample light and captivating artwork sets the tone while our guests enjoy their private splash pool, luxury robes and array of rich amenities throughout.This trendy hotspot is a hive of activity with weekend DJ sets, an elevated restaurant and an atmospheric courtyard which combined, creates memorable experiences for our guests.The opportunity has become available for an experienced Front Office Manager to bring their passion for service to our Front of House Operations and to drive a VIP experience for our guests.The RoleAs the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office department and managing the daily operations and team.Taking a hands-on approach, youll ensure an exceptional guest experience from pre-arrival to checkout, serve as a point of contact for VIPs, handle rostering, inventory management, customer service, review management, and drive revenue while ensuring smooth front office operations.Collaborating closely with all department managers, including Food & Beverage, you will play a key role in delivering a memorable experience for our guests.
