Due to rapid growth and our new national appointment as Australian Magni telescopic handler distributors, Heli Forklifts & CVS Ferrari forklifts full time positions have become available to join our service department as a Field Service Technician.The Role:Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of critical service complaints and carry out repairs.Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections in the field.Preventive maintenance and overhauling of major components, engines, hydraulic pumps, transmission, final drive.Keep the warranty failed parts in proper manner and analyze the root cause for the failure.Understand and be up to date with OEM documents and manuals.Collecting thorough failure reports, photo evidence and paperwork for processing.Attending breakdowns as allocated by Service Coordinator.Diagnose and repair diesel engine and related sub-assemblies.Proper usage & maintenance of various measuring equipment, hand tools & equipment allocated by All Lift.Updating and highlighting all major and repeated failures to the Service Manager.The Candidate:Certified Diesel Mechanic/Light Vehicle or above as per Australian Qualification frameworkStrong diagnostic & troubleshooting skillsCurrent drivers licenceAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamA demonstrated commitment to safety with the ability to work unsupervisedExcellent written and verbal communication skills and good understanding of computer systemsThe Rewards:Competitive above award wages are on offer in line with experience with continued training and qualification provided.
