What we are looking for:Affinity Education is seeking a Quality Advisor to support and enhance operational standards across a group of early childhood services. This role focuses on assessing quality, compliance, processes, and business management while providing guidance and coaching to improve performance and strengthen key areas.The role:Conduct quality assessments across services, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Standards and AEGs balanced scorecard standardsProvide recommendations to enhance operational performance and meet National Quality Framework requirementsUse reporting tools to evaluate quality outcomes and deliver data-driven insightsIdentify and support training needs for centre managers and service teamsFoster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCoach and mentor leaders to drive continuous improvement and best practicesStay up to date with sector trends in leadership, coaching, and mentoringRepresent AEG as a guest speaker at Centre Manager meetings when requiredEnsure professional communication and contribute to process improvementsSupport policy and procedural enhancements to improve quality outcomesPlan and schedule assessments, audits, and coaching sessions to support team developmentParticipate in team, state, and national meetings, including AEG conferencesCollaborate with leadership teams to drive quality and compliance initiativesPromote best practices in early childhood education, business performance, and team developmentFollow all AEG policies, including the Code of Conduct and professional standardsCommit to ongoing learning and professional development opportunitiesSkills and experience youll need to be successful:Diploma or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).Experience in internal auditing, coaching, and assessment.Strong understanding of ACECQA requirements and compliance standards.Current Working with Children Check and Drivers Licence.Qualifications in ISO auditing, management or training & assessment desirable.Experience as a Centre Manager or in a field assessor role.Knowledge of a childcare software such as Storypark Manage and CCMS desirable.As a company, were proud of creating a workplace culture that combines fun and professionalism.We can offer you:Attractive salary package + car allowanceFlexible work arrangements - 3 days WFH per fortnight50% discount on childcare gap feesAn opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team and make a meaningful impact on early education.A professional culture and supportive work environmentPermanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.Why work for Affinity?Join our value-driven organisation, where incredible people make a genuine difference.
