This is a great opportunity for a Technical Writer to contribute to a significant regulatory transformation project. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to develop clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that supports operational processes and compliance requirements.Responsibilities:Develop standard operating procedures that align with business processes, policies, and regulatory obligations.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical knowledge and operational insights.Work with risk and compliance teams to document controls and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.Ensure documentation is user-friendly, structured, and consistent in format and language.Conduct regular reviews and updates to reflect process changes, technology updates, and compliance requirements.Support training and onboarding by integrating procedures into training programs and creating supplementary materials such as quick reference guides and visuals.Maintain a continuous improvement focus, identifying opportunities to enhance process documentation for better efficiency and usability.Skills & Experience:3+ years of experience in technical writing, business process mapping, or a related field.Experience within the financial services industry is highly regarded.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Visio.
