Working in our manufacturing team, you''ll play a vital role in making this magic happen.As the Brewing Centre of Excellence Manager, you will lead and drive brewing development, performance and technical capability improvements and transformational change across the Lion Supply Chain network. We are seeking an individual to spearhead brewing innovations, focusing on driving brand growth through new and pioneering ideas.Responsibilities include:Innovative Solutions: Delivering groundbreaking ideas that are both new to Lion and the industry, converting them into practical and sustainable solutions.Industry Knowledge: Utilizing industry advancements and supplier capabilities to assess and implement new brewing technologies.Consumer-Focused Research: Researching brewing opportunities aligned with key consumer platforms to ensure competitive advantage.Governance: Ensure adherence to brewing best practices, process compliance, and material standards.Performance Improvement: Driving supplier compliance and identifying and implementing brewing performance enhancement opportunities within the Supply Chain network.Quality Assurance: Overseeing brewing quality plans and ensuring compliance and process improvements are implemented.Relationship Building: Developing enduring relationships with license brand owners, suppliers, and breweries, while providing technical support and building capability within Operational.Desired knowledge includes:Tertiary qualifications in Brewing or Science, including IBD Master Brewer QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of Brewing Industry and Food ScienceProficiency in Brewing Process, Materials, and EquipmentStrong grasp of Business and Commercial aspectsExpertise in Lab, Analytical, and Sensory DevelopmentJoin us in shaping the future of manufacturing and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products to our consumers using cutting edge technology, all the while being a force for good one bottle at a time.
