Bankstown Sports Club is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to take our brand presence to the next level!In this pivotal role, you''ll play a key role in ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence across digital, print, and social media platforms. This role involves creating high-quality visual assets, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting marketing and events teams with engaging design solutions. The designer will manage the production of print-ready and digital materials while contributing creative ideas that enhance brand storytelling.About Bankstown Sports Club:Bankstown Sports Club is a leading and innovative registered club and a proud supporter of the local sporting, general and wider community. The Group operates six clubs as well as a state of the art 600 seat theatre, a large Grand Ballroom and an extensive range of facilities to host events of all kinds along with a commercial office tower.Responsibilities include:Develop a wide range of branded materials and collateral to ensure a cohesive and professional brand identity.Produce high-quality, visually compelling designs that adhere to brand guidelines while being adaptable to different mediums (print, digital, social, and promotional materials).Ensure all designs are appropriately formatted for print production, including correct colour modes, resolution, and layout specifications.Develop responsive digital assets optimised for different screen sizes, including mobile, tablet, and desktop displays.Uphold and apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative materials to ensure a strong and recognisable brand presence.Work with the marketing and events teams to refine and expand brand identity elements, including typography, iconography, and colour palettes as needed.Develop custom templates and design frameworks that internal teams can use for ongoing brand execution.Ensure all assets are aligned with accessibility best practices, considering readability, contrast, and usability across different audiences.Prepare final, print-ready files with the correct specifications (bleed, crop marks, DPI, colour profiles) for printers, vendors, and manufacturers.Optimise digital files for website use, email marketing, and social media, ensuring fast load times and proper display across devices.Conduct quality control checks on all deliverables to prevent errors in print and digital production.Maintain awareness of emerging design trends, technologies, and printing techniques to improve production efficiency and output quality.Coordinate with external vendors, print houses, and suppliers to ensure the accurate reproduction of designs.Conceptualise and design campaign-specific assets, including seasonal promotions, event materials, and limited-edition branding elements.Support product launches with packaging design, digital ads, and merchandising collateral that elevate brand appeal.Develop motion graphics or animations (if applicable) to enhance social media content and digital advertising efforts.Research competitors and industry trends to ensure designs remain innovative, fresh, and aligned with consumer expectations.Minimum Requirements:Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work. Can demonstrate experience executing and maintaining brand identity across multiple touchpoints.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.Strong understanding of both print and digital design requirements.High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Understanding of brand management, customer engagement, and public relations principles.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally as a team player.
