WestWaters is both an employer of choice and the destination for entertainment, celebration and catching up in Melbournes west.About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who is enthusiastic and customer focused to join our team as Overnight Bar & Gaming Supervisor. As a supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue while delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. You will lead by example, motivating and supporting our team to deliver exceptional service and maintain our high standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a positive and motivating attitude, and offer exceptional customer service. Minimum 7-8 hours per shift, with the standard shift for this role being 10 PM- 6 AM. Full time availability considered for the right candidate.Responsibilities:Provide leadership and guidance to the front-of-house team, including bar and gaming attendantsEnforce company policies, ensuring a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with regulationsMachine clearance and refloating the CRT and ATMFoster a customer-centric culture, addressing and resolving customer concerns to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiencesOversee the day-to-day operations of the pub, including opening and closing proceduresEnsure that all guests receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.About you:RSA & RSG requiredPrevious experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferredStrong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements1 year experience as bar and gaming attendant; TAB & KENO experience highly regardedEffective communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail, especially in regards to high volume cash handlingPolice check required for this roleAdditional Benefits:Access to hotel discountsInternal and external training and development opportunities including an online training platformCareer development opportunities within Oscars Group across 40 amazing venuesEmployee Assistance ProgramMentoring from a strong team of hospitality professionalsReward and recognition programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
