You''ll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth task allocation, customer service excellence, and overall team efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining team management with essential administrative duties.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of five.Task Allocation: Use the CRM system to assign jobs to team members, ensuring the work flow is managed efficiently.Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the team handles customer inquiries professionally, following up on invoicing and job details, and ensuring accuracy in all communications.Inbox Management: Oversee the team''s inbox, ensuring timely responses and task completion.Invoicing: Help with the verification and follow-up of invoicing details, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.The Successful ApplicantA proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams, no matter how big or small. We''re looking for someone who can make a collaborative, positive, and efficient work environment.Customer Service Expertise: Strong experience in customer service, particularly within the industrial or building industries.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the building or industrial sectors is highly beneficial but not required.Organisational Skills: Ability to oversee tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure smooth operations across the team.Resilient and Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a flexible approach to challenges.Tech-SavvyWhat''s on OfferNorth Brisbane with parking on site.Full-time, Monday to Friday, with one RDO per month.Flexible Start Finish Times (Between business hours of 7:30 am and 5:00 pm).Enjoy a flexible, supportive, and dynamic team environment.
