We are looking to continue to develop this with our newly created role of Sales Representative for the NSW Metro Region.Snapshot of Responsibilities:This role will be reporting directly to the Sales Team Leader and will work within a collaborative team that is growing to drive sales and customer experience with all kinds of retailers.Increase our market share and grow sales by providing a high level of customer service, problem solving and attention to detail. You will be working with an engaged base of existing customers that want to work with us!Develop new business opportunities within your territory (both through acquired leads and cold calling) and acquire new customers.End-to-end management of customer interaction. Completion of regular call cycles and documentation using Salesforce CRM software. Approximately 80% of your time would be spent on the road and dealing with customers face-to-face.Be proactive in working with internal support functions to ensure our level of service is efficient and always improving.Analyse, research and react upon your market to ensure quarterly sales targets are met. Providing customer feedback and insights to help improve company direction and strategy.Ultimately this role is about working with people and developing strong working partnerships with your customer-base to facilitate sales growth.What it Takes:We are primarily looking to hire someone with the right attitude and is self-motivated.
