You will work with your customers to negotiate on great outcomes for them and our range of products.A Taste Of What Youll Be Doing:Managing your assigned sales territory in Sydney South-East (inc. Caringbah, Miranda, Menai, Rockdale, Hurstville, Revesby, Eastgardens & surrounding suburbs), driving the performance of the Kellanova''s portfolio across key grocery outletsDevelop and maintain strong and long-term customer partnershipsComplete field reporting and increased promotional effectivenessUtilise initiative, planning, time management and selling skills to identify opportunities to increase sales and ensure maximum return from your total territoryManage and direct 1 external merchandiser to key assigned stores based on frequency to help execute flawlesslyYour Recipe For Success:Previous sales experience gained from FMCG or Grocery is a strong preferenceStrengths in developing new customer relationships and servicing the existing client baseExceptional planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to successfully juggle multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-managed and motivatedPride in your role and passion for representing the Kellanova brands across Breakfast and Snacks categoriesClean NSW drivers licenceMore About Kellanova:Mars has agreed to acquire Kellanova in a combination that will shape the future of snacking!
