We offer an environment that genuinely cares about the health and wellbeing of all staff.About the Role:The HOPE Program has been developed to provide assertive integrated aftercare for consumers experiencing a suicidal crisis. Using a range of therapeutic approaches, HOPE clinicians will work with consumers to identify & build coping strategies to help reduce their risk of suicidality. HOPE clinicians work with consumers, in conjunction with Wellbeing Support Workers, to help address their identified psychosocial needs.The role is rostered in business hours, Monday to Friday. Full-time and/or part-time (0.8 FTE) applications would be considered.About You:Applicants will be experienced Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists or Psychologists currently eligible for membership/registration with the appropriate body.Candidates will be experienced and motivated Mental Health Clinicians with demonstrated knowledge, experience and expertise in the assessment, safety planning; treatment and support planning; and therapeutic interventions of consumers experiencing suicidality.Up to $10,000 incentive payment applies to eligible candidates: be reimbursed for rent, childcare, school fees, relocation costs and more. Victorian Government has allocated funds to support rural and regional Area Mental Health Services (AMHS) to provide incentives to attract workers to roles that are difficult to fill.
