Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, youll have the unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing dedicated, executive support that makes an impact. If youre someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on anticipating needs, and excels at building professional relationships, this role offers an exciting platform to grow and make a difference at the highest levels of our organisation.You will drive the efficiency of our Residential Aged Care Services and Retirement Living through report preparation, research, project management, tenders, event coordination, and administration support.Responsibilities and DutiesLead and manage the day-to-day functions for the Executive Managers.Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Prepare reports, documentation and presentations, executive and board reports, agendas, meeting minutes and general correspondence.Manage travel and accommodation bookings including relevant fleet arrangements.Support with diary and email management.You will also be required to assist our Aldersgate & Murray Mudge homes with resident admission support.This is a permanent full time role based in Adelaide CBD with outreach required to Glenelg & Felixstow.This will include the following:Act as the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families.Assist with the admissions process, including documentation, assessments, and eligibility checks.Maintain accurate records of resident admissions and waitlists.Liaise with internal teams, residents, families, and external agencies.About youYou will bring the following to this position:Relevant three-year degree (Business or equivalent) with two years relevant experience, or relevant Diploma (Business or equivalent) with three or more years experience, or substantial years of industry-specific experience.Demonstrated experience coordinating projects including scoping projects and key deliverables, project measurement and progress reports.High level customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience using Teams, Sharepoint & other MS Office suite applications.
