Intake Clinician - up to Full Time HoursRegistered Nurse Mental HealthThis Intake role is across our Inpatient Program areas. You will play an important role in being the first contact point for patients in these areas.Outpatients, staff and doctors look to our Intake team for compassionate understanding, efficient solutions and consistent results for their future plans. Along with this, the team provides highly skilled customer service, communication with our multidisciplinary team and liaison with other key staff within the Clinic. Part of your day will include patient assessments both over the phone or in person, arranging acceptance into programs, confirming bookings and provision of information.We look forward to welcoming you to the team if you:Are organised in your workflow practicesThrive in a busy environment while managing competing demandsProvide clear and efficient communication where requiredHave experience in a similar roleDemonstrate in your work self-motivationThe new Victoria Clinic is currently a 115 patient-bed private psychiatric facility located on Malvern Road in Prahran.This architecturally-designed, purpose-built mental health facility specialises in the provision of high quality inpatient mental health services.Here, the focus is you.
