The opportunity reports to the Global Director of Business Development and will play a pivotal role in shaping our outbound prospecting efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our dynamic BDR team, where your contributions will directly impact our growth and success. Key responsibilities include:Qualifying leads from a variety of lead sources and marketing campaignsContacting prospective and current clients for qualified sales opportunitiesAchieving or exceeding activity metrics (enrollments, calls, emails, on-time steps, etc.)Staying up to date with new services/products and plansPresenting information to clients to gain agreement to continue the sales processParticipating in sales and/or marketing meetingsMaintaining customer info and records in SFDCSetting up meetings for clients and executivesReporting to the business development management when requiredYou areEnergized in fast-paced environmentsAt your best when given the freedom to explore new approachesInspired by making a difference to the way the world worksExcited about creating work environments that are inclusive for everyoneInterested in operating in an honest and feedback-driven cultureHumble and ready to make mistakes, learn from them together, and grow as a Neat teamHungry to win while remaining conscious of doing right by your colleagues and customersYour ExperiencePrevious history of consistent achievement of goals or targetsAbility to manage a large number of accounts, activities, and strategies to penetrate target accountsAbility and/or experience to communicate with C-Level over email and phoneWorking knowledge of SFDC, Outreach, and ZoomInfoDesire to learn and grow in a hyper-growth environmentWork in a collaborative environment with the desire to help build a World Class BDR organizationTime management, with the ability to optimize activity to exceed target goalsHeadquartered in Oslo, Norway, most of Neats employees work remotely or in hubs around the world.
