Podcast Producer (Videographer & Editor)We are seeking a highly creative, talented, and dynamic Podcast Filmer and Editor to join our team. This full-time position will focus on filming and editing full-length podcast episodes on and off-site, filming and editing shorts and reels, and managing our various social media channels. If you have a passion for creating engaging content, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for social media, we''d love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Podcast Filming and Editing: You will film and edit full-length podcast episodes. This will involve working on and off-site as required and coordinating with the team to meet schedules and deliverables.Filming and Editing Shorts and Reels: You will create short video content to complement our long-form podcasts. This includes creating engaging shorts and reels that encapsulate our podcasts'' core messages in a visually appealing and easily shareable way.Social Media Management: You will be responsible for running our various social media channels. This involves planning and scheduling posts, monitoring and responding to comments and messages, and growing our follower base. Your goal is to use social media to effectively engage with our audience and amplify the reach of our content.Position Requirements:Adobe Editing Programs: You should have a good level of knowledge and practical experience with Adobe editing programs, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. This is essential for both filming and editing tasks.Social Media Platforms: You should be familiar with the use of major social media platforms, including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Experience with social media analytics tools is a plus.Filming Equipment: A good understanding of filming equipment is essential. This includes cameras, lighting, sound equipment, etc. You should be comfortable setting up, operating, and troubleshooting this equipment.Market Research & Trends: You should seek out interviews and content relevant to our audience.Experience, Skills and Qualifications:A degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in filming and video editing, preferably with podcasts or similar content.Demonstrated experience in managing social media channels for a brand or organisation.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through visual mediums.Preferred: Global experience to align with our current diverse audience reach.Highly advantageous: Multilingual skills to enhance video subtitling and expand audience engagement.About Us:At Business Beatz c/o EFLR group we interview amazing people so you can learn amazing things!
