A busy CBD bar & kitchen is looking to maintain its kitchen team with a full-time chef de partie/sous. This position would suit an experienced chef looking for a work/life balance with the flexibility to work a rotating roster.The business is open Monday to Friday, with the latest kitchen close at 9pm & weekends all yours!Annual salary will be determined based on experience.Responsibilities:Report to the head chef.Contribute to menu ideas.Work independently as well as within a team.Maintain good presentation and hygiene & food safety standards.Work under pressure and demonstrate reliability.Exhibit good communication skills.Demonstrate capability in all aspects of the kitchen.Show leadership qualities.Minimum Requirements:Certificates in commercial cookery.3 years experience preferred.Only successful applicants will be contacted.
