Family Doctor are seeking a part time Assistant Practice Manager to join our team at Thompson Road Clinic in Cranbourne North, Victoria.About us:Thompson Road Clinic, part of the Family Doctor network of GP-owned and operated medical and dental practices, is committed to providing high quality health care for our patients and we pride ourselves on our wide range of medical services to the community and comprehensive patient care.Working with us comes with plenty of benefits, with the opportunity to fast-track your professional development and work with some of the best resources available for professionals in all practice areas.About the role:As Assistant Practice Manager, you will assist with the delivery of efficient and effective administrative and reception functions, ensure the patient experience is aligned with our values, and step into the Practice Manager role to cover periods of absence.Tasks include but are not limited to:Provide support to the Practice Manager with staff management and general administrative processesAssist the Practice Manager with implementing initiatives and promotions to improve Centre performanceMaintaining a safe, healthy, and professional working environmentEnsure processes and systems are in accordance with the National Standards of AccreditationWelcome and assist patients with enquiries and appointmentsProvide administrative and financial assistance to patientsSupport the provision of accurate and timely financial and practice dataTake responsibility for staff management and the efficient delivery of administrative and customer service aspects of the Centre in the Practice Managers absenceAbout you:Strong communication and IT skillsUnderstanding of business operations in a healthcare practiceAbility to multitaskThe ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentialityExperience using Best Practice software (advantageous)Critical attention to detailPrevious leadership or supervisory position in a medical practiceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentHow to apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
