Install sheet flooringErect light weight steel wallframes and roof trussesInstall windows and doorsInstall sheet metal roof claddingConstruct eavesTeam work - remember you are the eyes and ears of the PM onsiteSet out buildings on siteSet up building levels as per datum and drawings providedEnsure all necessary materials to complete the project are on site on timeInstall exterior wall claddingsInstall linings, panelling and mouldingsFit man holes, special door furniture, extra specific flashings etc.Undertake reworks and refurbish builds as requiredInstall transit walls as and when requiredUndertake maintenance and repair work as requiredModify furniture products to suit specific requirementsClose out punch list items prior to and after client inspectionsErect scaffolding around buildings when requiredBuild stairs, ramps and other items as requiredProvide assistance to trade workers and labourers to perform their dutiesPerform any other carpentry duties as requiredGeneral ResponsibilitiesInterface with various departments to maximise workflowDay to day planning and decision makingDelegation of work between team to maximise workflowKeep abreast of production schedule requirementsMaintain an open and honest relationship with your peersEnsure you strive to complete all works to a high standardPlan, organise and direct resources in a safe and cost effective mannerMonitor your performance against pre-determined targetsEnsure that as far as practical resources waste is minimisedLead by example and be fully accountable for your performance indicators and that of your teamActively participate in planning and other aspects of business improvement and developmentBe proactive in the development of a well-trained and well-informed team, aligned to the business key goals and objectivesSupport all levels of your team including any apprenticesComplete builds as necessary to meet schedulesCarry out measurements and calculationsRead and interpret plans and specificationsEnsure all Fleetwood owned tools and plant are safe and maintained in good working order.Erect and dismantle scaffoldingHandle carpentry materials #J-18808-Ljbffr
