HOYTS has created a menu that surpasses the traditional moviegoer experience. In this role, youll bring the menu to life by managing the day-to-day aspects of the kitchen and cooking operations. Your day-to-day duties will include:Successful preparation and presentation of all food offeringsComplying with food hygiene and health & safety policiesProviding leadership and support to the LUX Kitchen teamEnsuring the kitchen is maintained to a high standardCommunicating with the Food & Beverage team to help grow the menu offeringWho we are looking for:We are looking for a passionate individual able to bring our menu to life. Youll lead by example and love being hands-on to deliver a first-class food experience. Youll encourage your team and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Youll be known for your ability to plan, organise, multi-task, and stay calm under pressure.
