About The RoleAn award winning, well-known and established builder & developer with a national presence and reputation for building quality custom & spec residential homes is currently experiencing growth with a range of projects across Wollongong and South-west Sydney. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced Carpenter to work on their large Wollongong estate.Your responsibilities will include:All carpentry duties including the erection of Frame and Trusses, cladding, roofing, and window installationSingle and Double story buildsAssisting supervisors with planning, layouts and installation requirementsFulfill contractual obligations to all builds and deliver jobs on-time to a high qualityHealthy and safety responsibilities and implementing best practiceRead, interpret and apply plansAbout YouYou will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment whilst providing an authentic client experience.
