We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in physically active positions and are comfortable working in hot conditions. We also expect you to have fun along the way!The positions are FIFO from Perth, Darwin, or Broome to site or DIDO from Onslow, Exmouth, Karratha, or Dampier. Paulsens is located in the Ashburton Basin of the Eastern Pilbara region, 211kms inland east of Onslow and 180km west of Paraburdoo. Flights are to Onslow or Paraburdoo, then a two-hour transport to site.The roster is 15/13, day shift only.About the OpportunityOur Crew Trainer requires flexibility to be able to perform a wide range of tasks within a small team.Key accountabilities include:Continuous monitoring and coordination of training requirements.Development and maintenance of training and assessment tools ensuring they are in line with legislative requirements and the company.Development and maintenance of a skills matrix.About YouIf you are an enthusiastic person with a desire to take initiative and persevere in a demanding operational environment, this opportunity is for you! You will need the following:Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116).Practical experience and sound knowledge in all stages of the process plant circuit and crusher within a gold mining environment and experience with operating small mobile maintenance equipment.Working at Heights and Confined Space ticket (or ability to gain).Strong communication skills with the ability to interact and influence a diverse range of personnel.If you would like to know more about any of the above opportunities and to be part of this exciting opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
