Exciting Opportunity for Immediate Start: Front of House / Receptionist at Champions in Real EstateWe are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a passionate and personable Front of House / Receptionist to join the Champions in Real Estate team!As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in managing our Front of House operations and delivering exceptional service to both external and internal clients. You will also collaborate closely with our Lead Agents, providing essential administrative and marketing support as needed.This role is perfect for an energetic, organised, and professional individual with a warm, friendly manner. It offers a fantastic opportunity to further your career in real estate, providing exposure to various aspects of Property Management and Real Estate Sales.Key Responsibilities:Welcoming clients and visitors to the office with professionalism and a friendly demeanourDelivering outstanding customer service to all clientsProviding general support to the Sales & Property Management teamsManaging incoming calls and correspondence for the teamData entry and database management, ensuring updates are accurate and timelyOrganising and filing documents, including scanning and maintaining recordsAssisting with agent and property marketing as requiredProcessing and managing contractsOrdering and maintaining office suppliesManaging workflow and office proceduresScheduling appointments and managing calendarsEnsuring the office is maintained in a professional and presentable mannerHandling general administrative tasks as neededAbout the Role:This full-time role requires availability Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will work closely with our experienced team, with a primary focus on welcoming clients, directing calls to the appropriate team members, and ensuring the office is always presented at its best. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to both the Sales and Property Management teams. Salary will be commensurate with experience.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:A reliable car and drivers licencePrevious experience in a telephone/receptionist or customer service role (preferred)Property Management experience would be beneficialStrong IT skills and proficiency in relevant software #J-18808-Ljbffr
