Soul Origin is opening another store in Pacific Fair and were seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join us We have multiple positions available for Baristas, Kitchen Hands and Customer Service Superstars BARISTAS: Do you have a passion for coffee? Thrive in a fast-paced environment? And love engaging with customers? Then this role is for you As a Soul Origin Barista, youll have access to the highest quality Specialty Coffee and work with the best brewing equipment on the market to create our delicious coffee beverages. To be successful in this role youll have: A minimum of 6 months Barista experience Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers Ability to work as a team when youre not making delicious coffee, youll be completing general duties such as serving salads and soups An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices KITCHEN HANDS: Do you love working with fresh ingredients to make delicious, well-presented food? Do you enjoy starting and finishing work early? Then the Back of House role is for you To be successful youll have: Experience using commercial grade knives Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes Strong work ethic and flexibility to work alone or as part of a small team Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Preferred: A minimum of 6 months food handling experience.
