The office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm, however flexibility within roster may be considered for this position.Duties and responsibilities will include:Manage a team of nine administration staff and all related admin processes and functions.Day-to-day management of the IMS to ensure up-to-date system information. Maintain the document control structure and develop and update forms and templates as required.Work closely with our Compliance Consultant to implement, maintain, and update workplace systems, policies, and safety documentation and assist with internal and external audits for quality, safety, and environmental certification.Provide generalist HR support to all departments of GCC including maintaining employee personnel files, ongoing coordination of staff training and development, update position descriptions, job descriptions, and performance review documentation as required.Facilitate recruitment and onboarding for all departments by assisting with the interview and selection process, organising pre-employment medicals, employment contracts, remuneration and benefits and mobilization.Assist with the management of existing and new period contracts for the civil, construction and workshop departments.Conduct inductions for all new staff and contractors.Administer incident notification and investigations including coordinating Workcover and return to work cases.Provide executive administration support when required.Skills and Experience required:Relevant work history and staff management experience.Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with SharePoint (desirable).What we offer:Housing and services provided with relocation assistance.Vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop supplied.Holiday Travel Allowance (HTA) of $4,500 per annum.Five weeks annual leave.Three-week shutdown over Christmas (partially paid).To apply, please upload your Cover Letter and Resume to SEEK.
