This on-site role reports to the National Talent Acquisition Manager and is based out of the Adelaide office.ResponsibilitiesThe SSO Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent who align with the company values and meet the specific needs of the support teams.You will provide:Utilising sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates for open positions.Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Conducting initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates fit for open roles.Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and providing guidance throughout the hiring process.Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, as well as maintain accurate employee records throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.What We offerJoin a dynamic team at a renowned South Australian company, known for their innovation and outside-the-box thinking.Be a part of the journey, with countless opportunities as we rapidly expand into a nationwide retail powerhouse.Access to exclusive staff benefits via our OTR App.Access to our free and confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP).About YouProven Recruitment Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or retail environment.Strong Sourcing Skills Ability to use various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage top talent.Excellent Communication & Relationship-Building Skills Strong ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders while ensuring a positive candidate experience.Recruitment Process Knowledge Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and onboarding.Understanding of Employment Laws & Compliance Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure a legally compliant hiring process.Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment Skilled in managing multiple open roles and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality hiring standards.Tech-Savvy & ATS Experience Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and encourage and support diversity in our traditional and non-traditional roles.Please note: This role is being sourced by our internal Talent Acquisition team; therefore, we will not be accepting applications via external recruitment agencies.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
