This role will be focused on systems administration and providing comprehensive administrative assistance.Responsibilities include:Act as the administrator of the PROMPT document control systemAdministrative management of policies, procedures, clinical practice guidelines, forms, etc. across the organisationEnsure documents are appropriately reviewed, approved and final versions distributed in a timely mannerMaintain electronic policy manuals across the organisationPerform document control including uploading, archiving, allocationProvide administration support for policy formattingAct as the administrator for the VHIMS databaseProvide high-level secretarial support for various meetings including preparing documents, coordinating logistics, and minute takingComplete administrative support tasks as assignedCollect and collate dataPerform other duties within capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected for this roleThe ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required.
