Your input will be sought in identifying areas for development. You will be responsible for driving the performance of the venue in conjunction with the Management team through implementing plans in line with the business objectives.Key responsibilities:Hands on leadership and accountability of the team, including supervision and evaluation of performances.Creating and maintaining an atmosphere where customer service standards can thrive.Driving sales to meet targets and budgets.Controlling operational costs.Compliance in both regulatory and company standards.Participating in and contributing to group management, marketing and finance projects.The successful applicant will:Have suitable experience in hospitality management.Have a strong understanding of the hotel industry, market trends, customer service standards and how to exceed them.The ability to engage and build relationships with regular clientele.Have a professional manner and presentation.Have roster availability in line with business needs.Lead from the front and set the best of examples.Have correct certificates and licences.Please provide a cover letter with your applications.
