Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWorking as a Property Manager, you will manage a rental property portfolio providing high-quality customer service to our landlords and tenants.ResponsibilitiesManage allocated property portfolio, ensuring efficient and effective time management.Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.Manage the leasing process, including property advertising, tenant screening, inspections, and lease agreements.Monitor tenant arrears escalating action in line with policy guidelines.Facilitate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are well maintained.Accurately maintain electronic records relating to properties and tenancies.Resolve property management issues and disputes effectively.Attend weekly team meetings providing updates and feedback when required.Actively promote the brand and companys vision.
