Our Search Consultants play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional recruitment services across the APAC Region. They are trusted advisors to our clients, leveraging their expertise to provide tailored solutions while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Our team is committed to sourcing top talent and driving recruitment excellence globally for the mining industry.Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to;Partner with clients and candidates, building strong, lasting relationships.Own the recruitment process, from sourcing and selection to offer management.Find top talent through proactive sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.Deliver market insights that help clients make informed hiring decisions.Keep recruitment on track with accurate ATS records and compliance with best practices.Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.Represent Globe 24-7 at industry events, strengthening our brand and network.Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding client partnerships.Support team success by mentoring junior consultants and sharing best practices.Collaborate across teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.RequirementsProven experience in talent acquisition / recruitment roles within agency, RPO or internal roles.Experience across senior, mid-management, senior leadership and executive level roles in mining and heavy industries.A strong understanding of technical and operational roles within the mining sector.Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills to engage both clients and candidates.Well-honed sourcing strategies using multiple mediums.The BenefitsCompetitive remuneration and an additional commission structure.Market leading approach to flexible work practices, with work from home options and flexible hours.Strong flow of international and national work due to our global presence.A high level of retained / exclusive work.Internal business development team meaning consultants are not required to do cold BD.Commitment to an inclusive culture where the wellbeing of our employees and having fun is a priority.Successful record of delivery and RPO, HR Consulting and REM Benchmarking projects.Named as one of Australias top 101 Employers for Women in 2023 and 2025.Work for a WORK180 endorsed employer for women.
