Catering for children, teenagers, adults and families, and with more than 1,000 staff and specialists including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, exercise physiologists, social workers, orthotists, developmental educators, assistive technology technicians, disability support workers and other professionals, and with offices throughout metropolitan and regional South Australia, Novita is never far away.The rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a new Chief Operating Officer (COO) to continue the work previously undertaken by the former incumbent who has served Novita with distinction for several years. The COO is accountable for communicating, leading and delivering operational activities, identifying new product and service opportunities and promoting growth and sustainability across Novita and all subsidiary companies.In driving quality, productivity, performance and the profitability of Novita, the COO will work as an integral part of a small and highly specialised Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with direct reporting responsibility to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).As a key member of the ELT, the COO will help sculpt Novitas strategies, plans and initiatives, provide outstanding inspirational leadership, ensure the provision of service excellence and customer focus and oversee financial budgeting, performance and reporting. The COO also monitors business performance as benchmarked against other service providers within the NDIS industry.If you are seeking an amazing blend of senior Executive responsibilities across strategy, operations, leadership and workforce management and oversight of the administrative and financial processes, this position will provide you with an immense level of job satisfaction in an organisation which intrinsically delivers real value to our community.
