This is the chance to join right as the takes off. More About the Role at Lawpath Lawpath is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Partner Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Partnerships Lead, this role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with industry leading companies such as Westpac, MYOB and GoDaddy whilst immersing yourself in the wider startup and SME ecosystem. This will suit someone who has a passion for supporting startups and small businesses. The successful candidate will play a key strategic role in the partnerships team, helping to enable and support Lawpaths wide network of partners and execute our partner marketing strategy. This will involve collaboration across various teams and stakeholders in marketing, sales, product, and operations. This is a full-time position and would be ideal for someone with previous experience in a marketing/relevant field. This is a hybrid role. Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include - Designing and executing outcome-focused marketing activities in collaboration with our partners to achieve mutual objectives. This may include email campaigns and automations, co-branded landing pages, slide decks, testimonials, and other promotional materials. - Working with the Partnerships Lead to develop and deliver proactive quarterly plans for partner marketing activities - Supporting new and ongoing partnerships within Lawpaths ecosystem, which includes large SME companies, startup accelerators and VCs, business consultants, accountants, and more - Building and nurturing strong relationships with our partners and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals - Providing operational support to streamline partnership processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the partnerships function. This includes maintaining partner reporting and attribution in our CRM (Salesforce) and PRM (PartnerStack), as well as supporting the operation of our partner program To Be Successful, You Will Need - Strong organisational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail - Be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders - Confident and curious attitude in building strong relationships across the business to learn about our products, technology, and people - Be adaptable to a wide range of marketing and software tools to effectively manage and execute various marketing activities - Some prior experience in a marketing related role or another relevant position - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (can be near completion) Bonus Points If You - Have experience in B2B SaaS and/or partnerships - Can work in a cross-functional team or startup environment If you dont think you''re a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we''ll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
