More About the Role at Valiant At Valiant Finance, we are dedicated to providing innovative and valuable financial solutions to businesses across Australia. We are currently seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that will grow and engage our network of partners, primarily mortgage brokers and accountants. This role will focus on empowering partners to identify business loan opportunities and refer clients to our platform, through impactful events, CRM-driven communications, and industry networking. Key Responsibilities Event Management - In-Person Events (Hosted Internally): Plan and execute partner training days, networking events, and educational seminars. Secure guest speakers and develop content that provides real value to partners. - External Conferences & Industry Events: Strategise and represent Valiant Finance at industry events (e.g., mortgage broking, accounting). Manage sponsorships, speaking engagements, and booth activations to maximise visibility. - Webinars & Virtual Events: Organise and host educational webinars focused on business lending, product updates, and market trends. Collaborate with internal and external experts to create compelling content and drive engagement. Partner CRM Management - Ongoing Communication: Develop and send monthly partner newsletters with product updates, market insights, and success stories. Segment the partner database to ensure highly relevant, personalised content. - Ad-Hoc Campaigns: Execute email campaigns for promotions, events, and special offers, optimising for higher engagement through A/B testing and personalised content. - Nurture Journeys for Potential Partners: Design automated email journeys for potential partners, nurturing them with educational content and success stories to encourage conversion. Website & Partner Page Management - Partner Portal: Maintain and optimise the partner section of the website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and SEO-optimised. - Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) to track page performance and make data-driven improvements for better user experience and conversion rates. Campaign Development and Execution - Paid Campaigns: Collaborate with the performance team to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive high-quality leads to partner landing pages. - Creative Briefs & Messaging: Oversee creative briefs for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives, and ensuring consistency across all channels. Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Previous SaaS or Fintech experience - 3 years of experience managing partner programs, demonstrating success in driving acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. - Event Management expertise, with experience planning both virtual and in-person events. - Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools. - Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once. - Experience with webinar platforms and digital marketing best practices.
