Join Kordias dynamic AU Maritime team as our next Technical Services Delivery Manager, based in Canberra. About the Role (M te Tranga) As the Technical Services Delivery Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing and managing all AU Maritime and AtoN Networks and Infrastructure assets throughout their full lifecycle from procurement and deployment to refresh, replacement, and retirement. This is a key leadership position with a strong operational and strategic focus. Your primary objective will be to ensure that Kordias networks and those of our clients remain reliable, resilient, and optimally supported. You''ll play a vital role in building asset management frameworks, strengthening vendor and client relationships, and driving continuous improvement across technical services. Leading the development and delivery of asset management governance, systems, and processes. Managing asset planning, risk assessment, compliance, and performance across the network. Coordinating long-term asset investment planning, budgets, and operational execution. Working closely with the Operations team to support maintenance and testing programmes. Managing a small team and building collaborative relationships with clients and vendors. Ensuring health and safety, and delivering on operational and capital expenditure targets. What Youll Bring (Ng Mea Ka Kawea Mai e Koe) Proven experience in Service Delivery or Technical Operations Management. Strong understanding of asset management, risk mitigation, and vendor/client engagement. Background in engineering, information technology, or business management. Project and programme management experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Commercial and budgeting acumen.
