We distribute a quality range of nutrition products under the Alula Brand, scientifically designed to help meet the needs of infants and young children.The Lactalis Group, with a range of more than 2,000 products, is committed to playing a daily role in the health and well-being of consumers throughout the world via the provision of nutritious dairy productsmilk, cheese, yoghurt, and other soft foods and beverages.The purpose of the National Account Manager is to deliver targeted outcomes through the development and execution of effective sales plans and media activation with our customers.The role supports the Retail sales channels, working closely with customers in the development of commercial strategies, joint business plans, and promotional effectiveness. Our goal is to be the preferred nutritional partner to the customer, building and influencing relationships at all levels to deliver profitable growth.This is a critical role for our business & our customer, so we are seeking a candidate with the following skills & experience:Proven track record in Account Management, ideally within FMCGTertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing-related disciplines are desirableAn understanding of the nutritional industry is considered a bonusA results-focused mind-set with experience dealing with multiple stakeholdersStrong commercial & analytical acumenHigh levels of tenacity and resilience, with a results-oriented mentalityGood negotiation skills and the ability to foster relationships with customersExperience with FMCG databases such as Quantium, Nielsen & IRI/AztecYou will be joining a skilled and dynamic Account team that is driven to succeed; therefore, we are seeking a like-minded and motivated sales professional with a high attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
