You will have the unique opportunity to lead and inspire a talented team, ensuring they are equipped to leverage data for impactful decision-making and reporting.Your expertise in data visualisation, data analysis, and business intelligence tools will enable you to drive data-informed decision-making and present clear, actionable recommendations and reporting that aligns with business objectives.Key responsibilities include:Lead the reporting and analytics team to deliver high-quality data analysis and reporting solutions.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across the organisation, identifying and rectifying data inaccuracies and inconsistencies, and developing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures.Implement robust data validation and quality control processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Own and champion data enablement initiatives to ensure that all employees have access to the data they need to make informed decisions.Implement self-service analytics tools and platforms to empower employees to independently access and analyse data.In addition, your responsibilities will include partnering with various departments to establish robust data governance practices and deliver customized solutions that enhance business performance and value through data. You should have strong technical skills in SQL, Python, PowerBI, or similar platforms, and experience in managing and governing large datasets.As the champion of data across the organisation, you will foster a culture where data integrity, security, and compliance are paramount.
