Job Description

1:3 years of overall work experience. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferably GUC, MIU, AUC, BUE).Excellent communication skills, high persuasion skills, and high negotiation skills.Good knowledge of marketing and sales. Fluency in English. Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel Word).Implementation of CRM strategies and customer growth programs.Mainly works with a target, sells to existing and potential direct accounts, and provides sales support to referral partners to participate in closing and orders or to facilitate and add value to the selling process.Handle all customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor data quality and ensure the proper transaction.Control and follow up on all communication channels. Planning and implementing customer relationship management strategies that will encourage customers and retain their loyalty.Maintain and follow up on customer relationships to strengthen company operations. Implementation of high-quality CRM services. Follow-up sales and daily CRM procedures.Provide reports on customer feedback/complaints to Sales Team Leader or Management.
