Thats our recipe for success.About the roleIn June 2025 Cultivate will commence production at our new, state-of-the-art facility in Salisbury. These new Bakery Assistant roles are being offered on a full time, part time and casual basis to complete tasks that assist in maintaining the high-quality, end-to-end production of the cakes, cookies and chocolates for which our Emmalines brand has become renowned.Other key responsibilities include:Follow a recipe to create batter and icing for biscuits and cakesProcess and package baked goods using industrial machineryCoat dried fruits and confectionery with chocolateFinish products with icing and fillings ready for packingMaintain high levels of safety and qualityPlease note that training for this role will be in Lobethal until the new manufacturing site opens in Salisbury in June 2025.About youYou will be a good fit for this role if you are a reliable and proactive person who prides themselves on the ability to pick up tasks easily, while always giving 100%.
