Please note, financial planning is a specialised financial field and experience in accounts administration or accounting is not equivalent.Ideally we are looking for someone who wants 2-3 days per week in office.About the RoleDuties will include:Assisting Financial Planners with client meetings and client callsAnalysing financial data and investment portfoliosPreparing financial reports, presentations, and other documentsMonitoring and managing client accounts, investment portfolios, and financial plansResearching and analysing current market trends to make informed decisionsDeveloping and maintaining relationships with clients, advisors and other financial professionalsAssisting with the preparation of tax documents and filing formsProviding other administrative supportGenerating client correspondence, such as emails, letters, and newslettersEnsuring compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards.About YouYou''ll have experience supporting a small team of Financial Planners to support their clients.Other attributes and qualities we''re looking for include:Excellent attention to detailIntimate knowledge of financial planning compliance requirementsOutstanding personal organisational skills and time managementHigh-level customer service.You may also have completed a Cert IV or Diploma in Financial Planning.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years'' experience do you have as a Financial Planning Assistant?Have you completed a qualification in financial planning?Do you have customer service experience?What''s your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer? #J-18808-Ljbffr
