This role is ideal for a self-motivated, well-presented individual who enjoys working in a highly skilled, professional, and friendly team environment.About the RoleWorking full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm), you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of customer service by accurately assessing repair and maintenance needs. With your professional and friendly personality, you will deliver prompt and effective solutions while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and vehicle details.Accurately document customer requirements via repair orders and define the scope of work required.Present service options to customers and offer additional services, benefits, or parts where possible.Schedule service appointments in line with customer needs and workshop availability.Liaise with service technicians, keeping customers updated on their vehicle status.Provide quotes, clarify payment methods, and communicate any additional repairs if needed.Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.Process warranty and contract maintenance claims efficiently.Ensure prompt and effective handling of customer service matters.Adhere to company WHS policies and procedures at all times.Work Saturdays on a rostered basis.What You''ll NeedYear 12 qualification or equivalentTrade qualification or demonstrated industry experience (preferred)Strong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and within a teamValid driver''s licenceFull working rights in AustraliaWhat''s on OfferCompetitive hourly rate - Based on Current Award levelsAll PPE and uniform providedExceptional employee benefits, including health and life insurance discountsOngoing training and career development opportunitiesStable employment with an industry-leading companyAt FHR, we celebrate people who are proud to be different.
