We are currently seeking to appoint a Mill Operator in our Kyabram feed mill.This position is responsible for operating equipment required for the manufacture of stockfeed. The position is full time, Monday to Friday with an immediate start.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:To efficiently operate the feed manufacturing equipment to mix and process ingredients to company specified formulations, quality guidelines and time restraints, batching, weighbridge duties, grain and finished feed testing, cleaning & routine maintenance.MINIMUM SKILL LEVELS AND EXPERIENCE:Current forklift license (desirable) and drivers licensePhysically fit to undertake manual tasksExperience in trades, feed mill or manufacturing environment a distinct advantageMechanical aptitude an advantageGood written communication and basic computer skillsSound knowledge of OH&S and environmental policies and legislationFlexibility to work shifts, weekends and/or overtime hours as requiredBe reliable, possess high level of attention to detail and ability to work in a teamBENEFITS:Competitive remunerationFull timeImmediate startTraining and development opportunitiesOn-site parkingWe are offering competitive remuneration in line with skills and ability.
