In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide expert guidance on the integration of drone technology into their operations, and support the sales process by offering technical expertise. You will be responsible for delivering technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless deployment of our drone solutions. Involvement in technical sales will be required as you assist in demonstrating our products and communicating their technical benefits to potential clients.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored drone solutions.Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and answering client queries.Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation and post-deployment phases.Assist in and/or lead the creation of tutorial videos to demonstrate the functionality and benefits of our drone systems.Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.Assist clients with system onboarding.Stay updated on the latest drone technology trends, industry standards, and regulatory changes.Assist with updating website blog posts for the company website, providing insights, product updates, and industry trends.Assist with upkeeping of product listings.Assist with product setup, packaging, and dispatching.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.A passion for technology is a must.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Critical thinking skills, along with a good work ethic, will be strongly regarded.Expect some physical heavy-lifting on occasion.Students currently studying or completed a degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering welcome to apply.Basic knowledge of embedded systems, electronics, or mechanical design.Enthusiasm for drones, robotics, or automation is highly desirable.The position available is a part-time or casual role, starting with 2-3 days per week, with the potential for additional days as experience is gained.
