The Team:The Community Dementia Services is part of Primary Health North. This service provides care for clients in the greater Launceston area seven days a week to deliver excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers and the Launceston community.The Role:Supports the Nurse Unit Manager and the Community Dementia team inclusive of Mayne St Day Centre in the day-to-day management with work including word processing, spreadsheet, database and e-mail services and maintain and schedule appointments in an electronic diary as required.You will need:A sound knowledge of office management principles and capacity to effectively coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Community Dementia Service office.Well-developed oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.Capacity to organise and prioritise duties and work relatively unsupervised while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and adherence to time frames.Details of appointment:Permanent part time, day worker position, working 38 hours per fortnight, commencing from 05 May 2025.Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 per annum (Pro rata).
