This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Catholic education in the Archdiocese of Brisbane.Work hours: Full-time, flexible working arrangements availableSalary: $275,000 to $314,000 total package including super and access to a motor vehicleStatus: Permanent (continuing)About the opportunityIn this position, you will be responsible for:Providing system-wide strategic direction, planning, and operational oversight to ensure alignment with BCEs vision, mission and values.Leading the design and delivery of strategic initiatives that foster innovation, build strategic partnership and enhance operational excellence.Enhancing system-wide transformation efforts to drive effectiveness and sustainable growth.Overseeing organisational planning and performance monitoring to ensure accountability, alignment and continuous improvement.Fostering cross functional collaboration and aligning initiatives to deliver shared strategic outcomes.About youTo be successful in this position, you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:Proven experience in strategic leadership, planning and operational oversight, with a focus on delivery and execution.Experience in developing and implementing innovative, system-wide solutions.Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority to engage with stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration effectively.Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives to support the implementation of strategic plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Bachelor''s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master''s Degree highly desirable).Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointmentPositive Notice Blue Card for working with ChildrenWhy choose BCEJoin us and be part of the largest Catholic Diocese in Queensland, nurturing your personal and professional development goals.
