Join our story and create your own impact by developing your expertise and building solutions that help make our lives safer, smarter and more sustainable.Join our team within Services division in Australia as Workshop Manager to help us take Sulzer to the next level.In this role you will be accountable for:Control the flow of jobs through the workshop including scheduling, priorities, progress updates, and productivity.Ensure all Company policies and procedures are communicated and implemented within designated area of control.Identify training needs for workshop staff and ensure workshop personnel remain up to date with all Work Instructions.Uphold long term customer relationships that have been established by the Business Development & Sales teams.Assist the Service Centre Manager with overall running of the Service Centre.To succeed in this role, you will need:Trade Qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.5+ Years experience in supervisory position.5+ years experience with Electrical / Mechanical products.High level skills in time management.Have a question about the role?
