This is achieved with our multi-disciplinary team providing our participants with empowerment, a sense of belonging, respect and dignity.What Youll DoWorking in our Western Sydney / South West Sydney region, we are seeking an Area Manager who has experience leading teams to provide exceptional care for people with complex clinical and behavioral needs. This role reports to the General Manager - Operations and is a key position within the Maxlife Care management team.The Area Manager will be responsible for the following:Managing the needs of approximately 10 - 15 NDIS participants across multiple locationsLeadership and development of a team of Team Leaders and their Disability Support WorkersManaging relationships and reports to internal and external stakeholdersUnderstanding each participants NDIS Plan, Budget, Goals, and Review datesManaging key commercial performance drivers - including roster adherence, unplanned hours and overall profitability of each locationEnsuring all aspects of record keeping, training, and compliance with relevant legislation and company policiesEnsuring incidents are captured, reported and that root-cause analysis leads to improvementsParticipate in an after-hours on call roster once per week on a rosterWilling to travel for both internal and external stakeholder meetings and site visits to support staff on the groundThe Ideal Candidate Will Ideally HaveOver 5 years in managing operations/teams across region - ideally within the disability / aged care sectorA strong sense of Purpose and the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersStrong commercial understanding, including managing rosters and related drivers that lead to efficient operational outcomesUnderstanding of NDIS funding and planning - especially SIL is highly beneficialPassion for developing their team to deliver exceptional careExperience with leading teams to support clients with high BOC is valuableContemporary understanding of issues facing people with a disability, their families, and carersExceptional written and verbal communicationNSW Drivers License (or similar)Attention to detail and a passion to drive change, improve processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvementFor youIn addition to an attractive total package of circa $150,000+, you will receive:Tailored development and mentoring for you and your teamCareer progression opportunities - we are growing fast!Flexible working including mix of in-office, team facing and work from homeEAP and wellbeing support to support you to be at your bestPlease click apply to begin your journey in our growing team!Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHealth Care ProviderIndustries: Individual and Family Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
